Society will deal in fullness what the church deals with in seed form.

Label

Everyone is looking for a label, a belonging, an identity; often leaving behind what I want, dream to be to fit a mold. Willing to take cues from the perceived fullness of that mold to achieve the superficial label. Actions become automated from that mold, from what is supposed to be.

It becomes a lifestyle accepting or settling to become the accepted. Labels are an inevitable part of life, part of relationships. I often catch myself taking offense to a label that is often put on me because I desire acceptance from the people who are classifying me.

Although there are pieces of that stereotype that I want, that I pray for, that I am more than willing to accept, there are some that I refuse to assume. However, instead of working in love to redefine the meaning of that label in my setting, I act adversely; shedding both the wanted and unwanted qualities of that stereotype. I let the situation define me, I did not define the situation. I did not lead, I was lead without a leader.

I want to be a label breaker.

I am the exception to the rule.
